4. PROGRAMMING: FREE Training Manuals: The following printed manuals are provided with each XerGames facility purchased:
The product manuals, Quick Start guides and workout posters will be arriving with your systems. Our on-site trainer will go over these manuals with you during the training so you will know how to best integrate our programs to fit your needs.

ON-SITE INSTALLATION, TRAINING AND MARKETING SUPPORT
On the day of installation, our trained installer trainers will arrive at your facility to conduct and supervise your installation and training.

We understand that down time means lost ROI to you and we understand that it takes more than just great products to grow your business and make a profit. In order to ensure minimal down time, you need more than a traditional manufacturers’ warranty. It takes a committed team of people who stand behind your product. At Xergames, every customer automatically receives our Platinum Service Plan for the first year.
Standard manufacturers’ warranties are not designed to keep you up. If your facility is a revenue producing site or a school you need assurance that everything will be done to reduce and eliminate down time at minimal cost or no cost to you.
We also recommend that you sign up for additional years as this priority level of service will assure you of the best support from a team of qualified technicians, and service staff and the latest versions of software and service for the life of your system.
TECHNICAL PHONE SUPPORT
Your on-site point person gets unlimited access to our technical service staff for:
TECHNICAL ON-SITE SUPPORT
In most cases your on-site point person is able to resolve any issues that occur. Occasionally it becomes necessary to make repairs on-site. Should this become necessary in the early stages after your installation, these site visits are free if deemed necessary at the discretion of the company. Thereafter, your Platinum Service Plan provides for one on-site visit per year as deemed necessary by XerGames technical services. Should you elect not to re-new your Platinum Service Plan after the first year, thereafter on-site visits are done at a pre-quoted fee.
